Nelly Furtado has worn a daggy out fit and looked like a ski bunny, fitted with a beanie, she rocked out the tune Turn Off The Lights, while her performance was OK – but controversial. Nelly apparently lip synced … but it was convincing. Shortly after the Olympics ceremony kicked into full gear and there were some amazing displays of modern technology.
The Ceremony wasn’t without dramas though as a young 21 year old had died the previous day – during a Luge practice session, the you man flipped the luge and ended up sliding into a metal pole … who was at fault though ? the designer, the builder, the Olympics or safety coordinators ?
